I have been a Certified Consulting Hypnotist since 1987. Over the years I have practiced Hypnosis, I have concentrated on Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, and a multitude of Behaviors that clients wanted to change or modify. Clients have always compared my Methodology to other Hypnotist they have encountered, and they always comment on how deeply relaxed I make them feel. Over the last couple of years my clientele slowly and gradually began to change. People started coming to me, exclusively for Stress Reduction and Relaxation. Clients stated that learning to relax, improved their quality and quantity of sleep.
So I began studying the effects of sleep, and the effects of lack of sleep on the Human Body. What I discovered, was the connection between Sleep, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of Health and Well Being. Sleep or lack of, affects us both mentally and physically, in a number of detrimental ways. Following my research, I developed a Hypnotic Program for Sleep Enhancement, ReRelaxation. I am here to help people improve their Health and increase their life span. Relaxation is the key.
I have studied and been trained by Hypnotist that are recognized world wide, and I continue my studies under various Hypnotists to improve my craft.
